Mike Flannagan is a sergeant with the Canadian Mounties. When Boston-born Kathy O'Fallon marries Mike, she is immediately nicknamed "Mrs. Mike' from her new friends and neighbors. Despite being unprepared for the rigors of life in the "Great White North," Mrs. Mike through anyway. She experiences minor inconveniences and major dramas, such as the death of her child during an epidemic.
