Monster plot
Masako Tabuchi is not mother's most beautiful and therefore not loved. She gets into trouble in her hometown and is chased out of there. She goes to Tokyo and works there as a prostitute. With the money she earns, she has her appearance beautified through plastic surgery until she has achieved the ideal appearance for herself. Masako cannot forget a man she once fell in love with. She changes her name to Miho Suzuhara, moves back to her hometown and opens a restaurant.
