I've had this one for a while and gave it a try. It is not the highest quality film, but a simple romantic film. The film is not boring, but it is not really memorable either.

Amy Adams came across as quite annoying at the beginning of the film, but thankfully it got better as the film progressed.

Fine to catch up when he passes on TV, no more, no less.

Pretty okay.

Nice rom com that doesn't have much going for it, but looks away very quickly and is an easy snack. Frances McDormand is actually always good, but there is also little to criticize about the supporting roles. It can't be your genre, but even then this can be better than expected. At least that's how I experienced it. A romcom set just before the outbreak of the Second World War is sometimes something else.
