Mi mo Kokoro Mo plot

Sekiya (Akira Emoto) is a former 60s radical who now earns his living as a screenwriter. However, lately Sekiya has been having quite a bit of adversity. His wife dumped him and not much is left of his job in Tokyo's film industry. The only jobs he can get lately are editing children's books and looking after the house of his good friend Okamoto (Eiji Okuda). As a professor of Japanese literature, Okamoto fare much better. Though his marriage is on the brink of collapse, Okamoto is asked to teach at a prestigious school in New York. While looking after Okamoto's house, Sekiya receives a guest who makes the necessary change, Okamoto's ex-girlfriend Reiko.
