Mi Mejor Enemigo plot
"The worst from the war, and the best from the men."
Chile, 1978. The country is at war with Argentina: the neighboring countries are fighting each other on three islands south of the American continent. With his comrades, Private Rodrigo is on his way to a border town where the Argentine army threatens to invade Chile. Along the way, their compass breaks and the party is stranded in the deserted pampas of Patagonia. A few meters further is the camp of the opposing team. It soon becomes apparent that the two factions are not that different from each other. Thus they both harbor an equally great hatred for "the enemy". Furthermore, neither group knows exactly which side of the border it is on. It does not take long before they fraternize with each other. A football match is organized between the "enemy" camps and supplies also find their way to the other side without any problems.
