The teenage Adèle and her younger brother Alexandre are descendants of a musical family. The beautiful Adèle, like her late mother, is a very gifted cellist while Alexandre is a talented pianist. Both are very much pushed by their passionate father, just an "orchestral cellist", who was never able to fulfill his dream of becoming a soloist.
