Mein Leben im Off plot

Frank dreams of the fame he would get as a successful writer; his partner Akim, on the other hand, is from a joint foster child. Fate comes to his rescue when he meets the charismatic Kathrin and immediately makes her the heroine of his new novel. He chases after her, is recruited for a short time in the same company and finally ends up in Kathrin's bed. He discovers that Kathrins is subsequently pregnant, and she discovers his relationship with Akim. When Akim knocks Frank at the door, he finds shelter with Kathrin. From now on, Frank does the housekeeping while Kathrin makes the money. In between, Frank continues to write obsessively on his novel...
