....Mehri to Ploio plot

A gruff Highlander leaves his village and heads to the city, where he plans to embark for Australia. During his journey to the harbor he works for a while with an acquaintance, a blacksmith, but because of his erotic attraction to the virginal girlfriend of the man, he is soon on the run. Shortly afterwards, he meets a sensual tomboy (boyish girl) whose fate is her destiny to end up in a brothel. Finally arriving at the port of Piraeus, he stays in the humble home of a couple who want to divorce.
