Meeres Stille plot
Helen Sander travels to the coast with her husband John and their daughter Frances. The family plans a vacation in a secluded cottage, designed for peaceful relaxation. But then Helen is suddenly ravaged by a strange fear, with flashbacks appearing before her eyes. She sees images of an old family story in the same house, about a little boy whose mother dies and his father ends up in a depression.
