Max and Helen plot

Simon Wiesenthal wants to prosecute a notorious camp commander and is looking for witnesses. He interrogates Max Rosenberg (Treat Williams), who tells the famous Nazi fighter about his love for Helen Weiss (Alice Krige), whom he lost sight of during the invasion of Poland in World War II. It's not until twenty years later that Max and Alice are reunited, but a terrible secret prevents them from reuniting.
