Mater Amatísima plot

Clara's son Juan suffered brain damage at birth. As a result, he is unable to communicate with the outside world. The doctors can't help it and suggest the parents put him in an institution. But instead Clara leaves her husband and decides to take care of their son alone. She gradually loses contact with her family and her job. All that matters is her son. On his birthday, he is unable to blow out the candles on his cake, leading to an outburst.
