Marinai senza Stelle plot

Some of the village boys are cadets at the nautical college. When the news comes that a war has broken out, they are called back from sea by the commander. The boys dock at the nearest port, near Trieste, and are temporarily housed in a castle. The restless boys, however, cannot stand by passively. One sneaks aboard a destroyer, while the other ends up on a freighter.
