Man of Her Dreams plot

"If he can't have her, no one can."

Ambitious businessman Richard Moore neglects his wife Faith. She is very dissatisfied with this situation, but there is nothing that can be done about it for the time being. One day she finds an earring among Richard's belongings and suspects that he is having an affair with his mistress Kit. Lonely and saddened by this situation, she has a one-time sexual escapade with the handsome Walter Kane. Faith later regrets this action and tells Walter not to see each other again. Walter is not satisfied with this, because he must and will have her for himself. Faith realizes how dangerous Walter is and struggles to save her marriage and life.
