"The humiliation, obsession and victory of a woman"
Eva Randers is a single mother in Helsinki. On her 40th birthday, she goes out with a colleague. She meets an apparently nice and charming man and at the end of the evening she goes home with him. There he shows himself from a completely different side and when Eva wants to rebuff him, he rapes her. She feels humiliated and ashamed, but does not go to the police. Little by little, she picks herself up and starts plotting to make the man and the world understand what she's going through...
