Mami, Ich Will bei Dir Bleiben plot

Alcohol-addicted husband Bernard terrorizes his younger wife Heike and their children. After rehab, he seems to be cured, but that turns out to be a vain hope. Heike wants a divorce and with the help of a shrewd lawyer Bernard wrestles her custody rights. The desperate mother flees with her two children and is chased by the out of sorts Bernard.
