Malèna plot
"Too young to be a widow, too beautiful to be alone."
Sicily, 1941. World War II is in full swing. Yet the men have something completely different on their minds. A group of 13-year-old boys are in love with the beautiful Malèna, the wife of a local soldier. One of the boys, Renato, constantly follows her and spies on her in her most intimate moments. Malèna has an enchanting effect on the male part of the population in the village where she lives, but the women quickly make their judgment about the outsider.
