Mala Época plot

The film contains four fragments and all take place in the late 1990s in Buenos Aires during the political elections. The Wish: A poor boy from the countryside finds success in the city by taking part in one of the many illegal activities. Living and Working: follows a group of Paraguayan masons who try to restore their sense of pride and cultural togetherness. Hard Times: Follows a rejected teenager and his efforts to find love with an upper-class girl in Buenos Aires. Comrades: The sound engineer of a political campaign falls in love with the candidate's girlfriend.
