Majster Kat plot
Two close friends live in a town in Central Europe under Turkish rule: fisherman Richardus and executioner Emil. They are proud, bold men with Janosik blood in their veins. Their joint rebellion against Turkish subjugation only strengthens the friendship. Then both men fall in love with the same woman.
