Main Street plot
"An offer too good to be true... it just might be."
A small town becomes increasingly dilapidated after the once thriving tobacco industry moves away. Young people flock to the big city and old Georgiana Carr, once a wealthy heiress, is forced to sell the house she's lived in all her life. But then stranger Gus Leroy arrives in town, who offers to rent Georgina's vacant warehouses, promising a new business. The whole town comes alive with the hope of change and Leroy is immediately deeply involved in the lives of the residents.
