Mahoro Ekimae Kyôsôkyoku plot
In Mahoro, a fictional suburb of Tokyo, Tada still works as 'benriya', an all-round problem solver. His former classmate Gyoten assists him in this. The two thirty-somethings again have to do various chores and tackle problems. For example, a former sect now poses as an environmental advocacy group that tries to sell unsprayed vegetables. The local yakuza enlists the help of the handymen to expose this rogue group. However, Gyoten turns out to have a history with the cult, while Tada also confronts him with his young daughter.
