Magnat plot

A saga about an aristocratic family and an epic portrayal of the conflict over the Silesia mining region. The last Duke von Teuss plays a lost political game with Kaiser Wilhelm before and during the First World War. The sympathy of his sons is divided: Conrad supports Poland and Franzel gives financial aid to the rising Nazi movement in Germany. The paralyzed duke must face the decline of his family.
