Ma Vraie Vie à Rouen plot
Etienne lives with his mother in Rouen and has the ambition to become figure skating champion of France. For his sixteenth birthday he gets a video camera. From then on, he's obsessed with filming his everyday life: his mother, his best friend Ludovic, and - almost like a stalker - his geography teacher Laurent, ostensibly to pair him up with his mother. Etienne soon learns that while filming, he is driven by feelings he was unaware of, as evidenced by a discussion with Ludovic about boy love.
