Love in the Shadows plot

A movie in two parts. In the first part, a lonely man falls in love with a discarded mannequin. He drags his beloved everywhere with him, until she is stolen at a bad moment. The second part is about the loving and caring husband of a woman who does nothing and says nothing. Only in flashbacks does she appear vividly.
