Kit Jordan is a wealthy middle-aged woman. She likes attractive men and doesn't mind paying for their company. She is married to Pete, a gigolo. Neither of them cares about loyalty in a relationship. One day a body washes up on the beach. Later it turns out that the deceased man had a relationship with Kit. Kit and her husband are suspected of the murder. Meanwhile, the victim's sister arrives in town. Things get complicated when she falls in love with Pete.
