Love Comes to the Executioner plot

Heck Prigusivac (Jonathan Tucker) is a young man who is hired in a prison as an executioner. This makes him an executor of the death penalty. However, his brother is imprisoned in this prison, as a death row inmate. Things get even more complicated when he falls in love with his brother's ex-girlfriend, who's had herself locked up in prison.
