Love and Lies plot

An elderly couple is murdered overnight and the perpetrators leave no trace. Two years later, female detective Kim Paris (Mare Winningham), who works for the detective agency of Clyde Wilson (M. Emmet Walsh), is brought in to solve the murder. She shadows the prime suspect, the ex-boyfriend of the daughter of the murdered couple, but befriends him and even gets into emotional trouble when she falls in love with him too.
