"A Tale Of Tales."
When a film director does not get a word on paper for his new project, he is taken to a provincial town to gain inspiration. A waitress, who has a knack for storytelling, promises to help him if he pays her the nightly overtime. She begins to tell him the story of 'Romance Joe', whom she recently accidentally caught attempting suicide in his hotel room, and who also wants to make films.
