Every year, a hardcore party girl and womanizer, Liz celebrates her birthday with her friends in a retreat on a Caribbean beach. But this year it is different. She is seriously ill, but hates pity, so she hides her terminal illness. When a young, unknown young woman arrives at the resort, the friends challenge Liz to seduce her. But the unsuspecting girl is deeply shocked, because she has to deal with a personal drama of her own.
