Ling Yi Ban plot

Xiaofen is a desk clerk at a law firm in one of the booming cities in southwestern China. That soon sounds more classy than it is. Her job is to listen to the female clientele and document their affairs. Xiaofen herself has no fewer problems than these women. She feels anxious and insecure, and for good reason: the boy she lives with suddenly disappears and may well have a murder on his conscience. Xiaofen tries to get him back home.
