Eva and her blind niece Sofia were inseparable as children, with Eva being the faithful companion who helped Sofia through the hard years of adolescence. When Eva suddenly commits suicide, Sofia rushes home. She tries to find answers with her father Hector and Eva's parents, Marisolto and Rafael.
