Liebe Mich Bis in den Tod plot

The successful doctor Lydia (Christine Neubauer) is a daughter of a wealthy family. Her parents are dismayed when she tells them that she has fallen in love with Uwe (Claude-Oliver Rudolph), a steelworker of humble origin. The colleagues of both Lydia and Uwe are also skeptical about their relationship. However, the couple is not deterred by this, but then a new problem announces itself: Uwe turns out to have an incurable brain damage, which will slowly undermine his mind until death follows. It is a difficult time for Lydia, but she does not abandon Uwe.
