The 21-year-old son of a large industrialist revolts against his father. He neglects his studies. The only solution to still get a diploma is to go to a boarding school. So does the boy and everything seems to be improving. Until he falls in love with his teacher Verena, 10 years older. She has her own reasons for starting a relationship with him. However, the boy can't handle the pressure this relationship puts on him...
