Midwife Antonia Maibach feels very much at home in Tegemsee and lives there together with her dearest Dr. Thomas Hellman, who is in charge of the 'Klinik am See'. The post of the children's clinic is strongly in the hands of the women: Antonia, her best friend Helena and chief midwife Vroni Stangassinger take care of the future mothers, the fathers and of course the new generation of offspring. But with Damenrio they suddenly get the support of a male colleague.
