Lessons for an Assassin plot

"Kill Without Emotion."

Criminal Gavin Mathews (Robert Vitelli) turns out to have been recruited against his will by The Corporation, an underground organization that pretends to be a "Department of Justice" but is actually playing its own judge. Mathews is trained and educated to become a professional assassin, employed by The Corporation. If he refuses, he will be eliminated. When his training is complete, Mathews and his trainer (Shannon Lee) discover that they will eventually fall prey to The Corporation themselves, if they successfully complete their mission.
