Les Menteurs plot

Daisy is twenty years old and has the ambition to write about cinema. She has to lie, flatter, and blackmail certain people to see her dream come true, such as the famous director Zac Marny. But suddenly the latter disappears. Nobody hears from him in eight months. His return is as sudden as his disappearance, which he can only justify by justifying other lies. Dismayed by his provocations and his indifference, his life partner, the actress Helene Miller, makes an effort not to give up his job.
