Les Loulous plot

A number of suburban boys and girls have the habit of gathering in a cafe in the evenings to break out of loneliness and boredom. It is a group of young fringe who are constantly at loggerheads with a reactionary café owner. When one of them is shot by the man, his brother vows revenge.
