Leben Wäre Schön plot

42-year-old Manja (Dagmar Manzel) visits her friend Ute (Gabriela Schmeide), who lives in Iceland. She gets along well with Ute's brother Ragnar (Filip Peeters) and slowly but surely a relationship develops between the two. Then a case of breast cancer throws a spanner in the works. Can the relationship handle this heavy pressure?
