Leave the Cat Alone plot

Tormented by insomnia and lethargy, Mori lets time pass aimlessly. He is unable to create meaningful music, while living uneasily with his wife Maiko, a successful and driven photographer. When Mori and his former lover Asako accidentally meet again and catch up, they are confronted with different versions of the past within their own memories.
