Le Sang du Renard plot

In a village in the French Jura, the village idiot Séverin teases little Marinette, causing the girl to fall into a river. Marinette is unharmed but Séverin is convinced she has drowned. Terrified, he flees home, where he is taken care of by his sister Raymonde.
