Le Pique-nique de Lulu Kreutz plot

The town of Evian-les-Bains, where the spring water splashes down the mountains, is the setting for a picnic that Lulu Kreutz organizes for her old friends Joseph and Olga Steg. The Stegs, settled Parisian Jews of Viennese origin, have traveled to the town on the occasion of a concert by their son Jascha. A cellist for whom world fame is gradually beginning to take on a bitter taste. He receives a lot of praise and admiration for his beautiful, sensitive playing, but there is no real private life.
