Le Passé Simple plot

When Francois' wife Cecile leaves him because he has numerous extramarital affairs, she is involved in an accident. When she wakes up in hospital with amnesia, Francois takes advantage of the situation to win her back. He does everything he can to prevent her from regaining her memory.
