Las Buenas Hierbas plot
"The plants that heal the soul"
Lala (Ofelia Medina) is an ethnobotanist who knows a lot about the healing properties of plants and does research on this. She believes that herbs can heal not only the body, but also the soul. Her daughter Dhalia (Úrsula Pruneda) is a new-age hippie who works for an alternative radio station and takes care of her son. Dhalia puts her personal life on hold and takes over her mother Lala's research when she develops Alzheimer's.
