Beijing, 1988. Chen Handong is a wealthy businessman, but nobody knows that he actually likes men more than women. Lan Yu is a farm boy who goes to study in the big city and is willing to do anything to earn money. He goes into prostitution and experiences a sexual relationship with Handong.
