La Voix de l'Ombre plot

Marie-Hélène and Thomas were lovers for five years, but are now separated. He lives with his wife and child and she lives alone. Then Marie-Hélène learns that Thomas has had a serious bicycle accident and that he is in a coma. She decides to visit him in the hospital when his wife is not there and vividly tells him her daily experiences and worries, convinced that he cannot hear this after all.
