La Soule plot

Spain 1813. The horses of a French regiment are stolen by a deserter. For this, the officer is imprisoned on a prison ship under appalling conditions. He survives this and finds the real thief in the Dordogne. He challenges him to a game, an older and much rougher version of rugby, where it is allowed to kill each other.
