La Ragazza dalla Pelle di Corallo plot

Fabrizio has arrived in Santo Domingo to study new methods for tobacco plantations. He stays with the American Barrymore who feels obliged to provide him with some female company and introduces him to Mayra, a beautiful dark woman. Life smiles on Fabrizio, who decides to accept a job from Barrymore and he settles down in the French Antilles with Mayra, saying goodbye to his own wife over the phone. But then life suddenly doesn't become as simple for him as it first seemed. He learns that Barrymore is working with counterfeit foreign currency and is trading illegally. And when he meets an American business partner, José, who is jealous of his affair with Mayra, things get even more complicated...
