La Punition plot

Nadine, an eighteen-year-old student in her senior year, is late for philosophy class. As punishment, she is suspended for a day. To pass the time, she begins to wander the streets of Paris. In the Garden of Luxembourg she meets Jean-Claude, a geography student. In the Garden of Plants she meets Landry, an African friend. Finally, while she is on the banks of the Seine, she is accosted by Jean-Marc, a forty-year-old engineer.
