Nour, 27, has immigrated illegally to Marseille. Together with his friends, he earns a living by petty theft and leads a marginal, party life... But his encounter with Serge, a charismatic and unpredictable agent, and his wife Noémie will turn his life upside down. From 1990 to 2000, Nour loves, grows older and holds on to his dreams.
