La Guerre des Valses plot

Johann Strauss plays first violin in a Viennese orchestra conducted by the composer Joseph Lanner. But Strauss composes himself and that makes Lanner jealous. Strauss forms the basis of his own orchestra and the city separates into two camps. After a hefty quarrel, the two music masters eventually reconcile.
