La Garçonne plot

Monique Sorbier is licentious until she encounters Lucien Vigneret. After spending some time together, however, they split up and Monique falls back into her old lifestyle. Not long after, she tries to get Lucien back, but her ex has become jealous and brutal. She tries in vain to make it clear to him that she has always loved him despite everything. Georges, a former friend of hers who writes plays, comforts her and in the end she finds true love in him.
